6 Minute Morning Motivation

Researchers say that what you listen to in the first hour of the morning can effect your mood and activities that follow throughout the day.

The mind is one of the most powerful tools to be invented. In order to be successful and live the life you’ve always dreamed of,  you must take control of your subconscious mind.

Whether it’s while I’m making breakfast or getting ready for class, I make it a daily goal to listen to 1-2 motivational speeches every morning. I know you’re probably thinking (ughhh I don’t want to watch a BORING video) but TRUST ME! Would your girl ever give you something that I didn’t like and approve of? Ahhh you’re taking too long, I’ll answer it. NO! NEVER!!! 

Listening to positive uplifting videos when you wake up puts you in a better mood and gives you that extra push of encouragement to go out and attack the day head on. Start your day off watching this a quick 6 minute video and I KNOW it will put you in the right mindset to live out each day with INTENTION.
