Working out and cooking has grown to be new hobbies of mine. For years, I’ve heard the importance of maintain your health and I gave it a try a few times but quickly slid back into my old sedentary lifestyle and eating fast food. This year I decided to try the Whole 30 and not only did my knowledge of food grow so much but I quickly saw that eating healthy didn’t just have to consist of boring salads and bland food. I finally put my dad’s favorite term into use, “don’t be stupid with your smartphone” and I decided to look on Youtube and Pinterest for meals that were not only healthy and fulfilling but took less than 20 minutes since I am always on the go in college. After just a few minutes I found dozens of appetizing meals that didn’t even consist of the typical salad. So, I decided to incorporate a health and fitness section that includes my favorite recipes and workout routines. And pause. I don’t want ya’ll to think because its consider “healthy” its not as tasty as a typical meal because trust me ya girl knows how to season and I’ll NEVER post something or eat somethings that’s nasty just because its “healthy”, ya girl don’t play those games.
