Cajun Chicken Shrimp Sausage with Veggies

This Cajun meal has the Southern Louisianna tasting all over it. The combination of proteins and veggies kind of reminds me of my favorite meal, gumbo. As soon as I saw a pic of this meal, I just knew ya girl, Kierra had to make it and throw her own style to it. And BOYYYYY!!! Can I say ya girl through DOWN in the kitchen.

Below are also step by step directions on how to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 sausage
  • 5-6 large shrimps
  • 1/3 of a Zucchini
  • 1/3 Squash
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1/3 of an onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • olive oil
  • creole seasoning
  • lemon peper
  • red pepper
  • garlic powder

Recipe:

  1. Start by cutting all ingredients 1-2 inches thick
  2. Then get a bowl and mix the seasoning with olive oil. Be sure to pour enough live oil so that it covers all the ingredients.
  3. Once done mixing the ingredients place it all in a skillet. Cook on medium for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Then enjoy!
